Healthy Heart 10K Fundraising Run
April 30th, 2009A 10K fun run was held in brillant sunshine on Saturday 18th April in assosciation with Kilmaley Voluntary Assosciation.
Almost 400 people participated. A great day was had by all.

Community Volunteers
November 24th, 200825 Community Volunteers have completed a training course in Palliative Care.
They have acquired basic skills in palliative care and will identify patients in the community suitable for the service.
Dr. Rory’s Visit
October 24th, 2008Dr Rory loved attending the daily outreach clinics which are held in the Grade 3 and 4 Health Clinics and visiting the patients’s homes with other members of palliative care team.

August 21st, 2008Hospice Jinja Uganda Project is formed. Project has been granted charitable status.

Outreach Clinics
January 21st, 2008Frank and Patrica Hassett returned to work with hospice team. Six outreach clinics were established and as the workload was increasing two further nurses the service bringing the number of people employed to seven.
